McBride Dale Clarion is thrilled to announce that two new planners have joined our team!

As of February 2021, Leonard “Len” Kendall (above right) and Swapna Natesh Babu (above left) began working on public sector planning and zoning projects alongside Greg Dale, Emily Crow, and Liz Fields. 

Mr. Kendall specializes in zoning, public engagement, gateway enhancement, and multi-modal mobility. Ms. Natesh Babu is skilled in 3D modeling and rendering, mapping and analysis, and graphic illustration. Both have experience in neighborhood revitalization and creative placemaking. We are confident their skills will support and enhance MDC’s innovative plans and look forward to seeing their contributions in communities moving forward.
