Mr. White is a new member to the MDC team and brings planning experience in the public sector. He specializes in zoning, public engagement, GIS mapping, and multi-modal mobility. Prior to MDC, Mr. White worked as a staff planner for the City of Dayton, Ohio.
Professional Experience
Mr. White has reviewed and administered zoning regulations in multiple jurisdictions. This includes reviewing potential developments against such standards, interpreting zoning regulations, and drafting amendments to subdivision and zoning regulations.
Mr. White has served as a staff planner for Dayton, Ohio prior to working with MDC. Currently, Mr. White is working as a contract staff planner for Franklin, Ohio and Delhi Township, Ohio where he reviews and processes site plan applications, prepares written memos, presents at public meetings, and coordinates with stakeholders.
Mr. White, through his previous role with the City of Dayton, and his current role at MDC, has participated in and facilitated engagement events including stakeholder interviews, public meetings and workshops, neighborhood meetings, and similar activities.
